【摘要】 目的 :探讨补髓生血冲剂对慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)患者造血调控因子IL - 1β、IFN -γ、TNF -α表达水平的影响。方法 :采用现代医学梅联免疫 (ELISA)测定方法和放射免疫 (RIA)方法 ,分别对使用该冲剂治疗前后的CAA患者血清学IL - 1β、IFN -γ、TNF -α水平进行检测 ,并与对照组及正常组作比较。结果 :疗前CAA患者血清IL - 1β、IFN -γ、TNF -α表达水平与正常组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;经补髓生血冲剂治疗后 ,其血清学水平有所恢复 ,且实验组与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :补髓生血冲剂可使CAA患者血清中IL - 1β水平提高 ,IFN -γ、TNF -α水平降低 ,从而改善紊乱的免疫状态 ,使造血细胞增殖、分化功能在一定程度上得以恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of Soluble granules of Bu Sui Sheng xue on IL-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-α expression level of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) patients. Methods:By means of advanced modern medical experiments enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and radioimmunoassay(RIA),we detected the level of IL-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-α in blood serum of CAA patients before and after treatment with Soluble granules of Bu Sui Sheng xue,and compared with control group and normal group. Results:The levels of IL-1β、IFN-γ、TNF-α of CAA patients have remarkable difference compared with normal group(P<0 01). After the treatment with Soluble granules of Bu Sui Sheng xue,there is remarkable difference in the levels between treatment group and control group(P<0 05). Conclusion:The Soluble granules of Bu Sui Sheng xue can enhance the IL-1β level,decrease the IFN-γ、TNF-α level,and adjust the disturbance of immune function.更多还原
