【Abstract】 To adhere to the leadership of Chinese Communist Party in contemporary China,we must keep improving the Party’s leading and governing competence,consolidating the Party’s governing status,and achieving long-term governing.This is a significant historical subject that every governing party has to face.The theoretical value of"Three Representatives"is that it has summarized with materialism the historical experiences of success or failure by different governing parties both in China and abroad,scientifically brought forth the key point for the Party’s foundation,the basis for the Party’s governing,and the source for the Party’s governing,and the source for the Party’s strength,thus greatly deepening our understanding to the law for heading government and providing scientific theoretical guidance for improving governing competence.更多还原
