【摘要】 [目的]全面观察二硝基甲苯(DNT)对大鼠肾脏和睾丸的病理损害情况。[方法]用二硝基甲苯以食用植物油为溶剂分为0、5、16、50 mg/kg剂量组给大鼠经口灌胃,每日1次,连续13周,宰杀后取其肾脏、睾丸观察病理改变。[结果]大鼠肾脏、睾丸有不同程度的损伤,其中近曲肾小管上皮细胞水肿、肾间质淤血与DNT各剂量间呈显著正相关性。50 mg/kg组大鼠睾丸间质水肿、精曲小管各级生殖细胞及精子数量减少。[结论]表明DNT对大鼠肾脏和睾丸有一定的毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To roundly observe the pathological damages of DNY on kidney and testis of rats. [ Methods ] DNT were dissolved in vegetable oils. SD rats were divided into 0,5,16,50 mg/kg four groups. DNT were poured into rat s stomach through mouth once a day for 13 weeks, and observe the pathological changes of kidney and testis after the rat was killed. [Results] The kidney and testis of rats have different damages. The epithelial cell of renal tubule edema and interstitial tissue of kidney congestion showed obvious dose - response relationship with DNT contents. The testis interstitial edema, reproductive cells of convoluted somniferous tubules and sperm were decreased in 50mg/kg group. [Conclusion] DNT could cause some damage on kidney and testis of rats.更多还原
