【摘要】 目的 :考察药物不良反应 (ADR)致死的规律性。方法 :回顾分析 196 0～ 1997年间国内文献有关ADR致死病例共 84 2例。结果及结论 :ADR致死与患者的年龄、原发病、药物的种类等因素有关 ,致死性ADR罹及的系统主要是 :心血管系统、血液系统、神经系统、泌尿系统和皮肤及附件。ADR致死率约为 4 .3% (84 2 /196 87)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inspect the regularity of death from ADR.Methods:842 cases which reported in China from 1960 to 1997 were reviewed.Results and Conclusion:The death from ADR was related to the age, the original diseases and the kind of drugs, mainly involved with cardiovascular system, blood system, nerve system, urinary system,skin and appendixes.The fatality rate is about 4.3% (842/19687).更多还原
