【Abstract】 In order to study the biological feature of a submerged plant, we observed the form and structure of the pollen grain of Hydrilla verticillata of Hydrocharitaceae by optical microscopy and SEM. The wall of the pollen grain is very thin , and splits easily after drying. The pollen grain lacks aperture, and contains many starch grains. The intact pollen grains can not be preserved in natural conditions.更多还原
