【摘要】 目的探讨消瘀祛痛软胶囊活血化瘀的作用机理。方法以注射盐酸肾上腺素复加冰水浴的方法造成大鼠的血瘀证模型 ,观察消瘀祛痛软胶囊对模型大鼠血液流变性的影响。同时 ,以微循环显微镜观察该药对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果消瘀祛痛软胶囊能明显降低血瘀证模型大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度 ,并能抑制血小板聚集率的增高和体外血栓形成。小鼠耳廓微循环试验表明 ,消瘀祛痛软胶囊高、中剂量能增加正常小鼠耳廓微动脉、微静脉的管径 ,加快微循环的血流速度。结论消瘀祛痛软胶囊的活血化瘀作用与改善血液流变性、调节微循环有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore mechanism of Xiaoyu_qutong Soft Capsule on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods Reproduce the rat model of blood stasis by injecting Adrenalin Hydrochloride and bathing in ice water, observe effects of Xiaoyu_qutong Soft Capsule on hemorrheology of rat models, And observe its effects on microcirculation of mouse auricula with microcirculation microscope.Results Xiaoyu_qutong Soft Capsule can clearly decrease whole blood viscosity and blood plasma viscosity,depress platelet aggrgation of rat models of blood stasis and exosomatic thrombosis.The experiment of mouse auricula microcirculation indicated that Xiaoyu_qutong Soft Capsule in high and middle dosage can increase diameter of mouse auricula microartery and venule, quicken the velocity of blood stream of microcirculation. Conclusions Effects of Xiaoyu_qutong Soft Capsule on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are related to the improvement of hemorrheology and regulation of microcirculation.更多还原
