【摘要】 【目的】探讨新生儿期行唇裂整复术的可行性及安全性。【方法】对 11例新生儿患者采用气管插管全麻下行唇裂整复术 ,单侧唇裂采用旋转推进法或下三角瓣法 ,双侧唇裂采用前唇原长法 ,术后随访观察手术的近期效果。【结果】 11例患者术中麻醉平稳 ,未出现术中及术后并发症 ,术后伤口均为I期愈合 ;随访 1年以上的患者可见唇部形态及吮吸功能良好。【结论】新生儿期行唇裂整复术是安全可行的更多还原
