【摘要】 目的 :控制清肠合剂的质量。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对方中的枳壳、大黄进行鉴别 ,并以薄层扫描法对主药中的大黄素进行定量。结果 :鉴别项下的阴性对照无干扰 ,方法专属性强 ;含量测定中 ,大黄素在 0 2 2 8μg～ 1 14 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 (γ =0 9993) ,回收率为 10 0 9% ,RSD为 2 96 %。结论 :本质量标准可有效控制清肠合剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The presence of Citrus aurantium L. (Ⅰ) and Rheum officinale Baiff. (Ⅱ)were identified by TLC for quality standard of QINGCHANG Mixture.The content of emodin,derived from Ⅱ,was assayed by TLCS.Results showed the negative comparison displayed no disturbance.The founded method showed linearity within the range of 0 228μg to 1 140μg.The average recovery rate was 100.9%,and RSD was 2 96%.The results indicate the method may be used for the quality control of the QINGCHANG Mixture.更多还原
