【Abstract】 With the scarcity of world water resources, water crisis is becoming more serious. Therefore, how to use the mechanism of water pricing to make full use of water resources and thereby diminish the waste use, has gained increasing concerns throughout the world. Aiming at different points, experts within water resources research have put forward many significant pricing methods.
