重庆地区干部健康体检TSGF参考值的调查

【摘要】 目的:对重庆地区干部健康体检参考值进行调查。TSGF方法:采用一种操作简便,易行的快速显色法,对重庆地区例干部健康体检进行(肿瘤特异性生长因子)筛查并作正常值调查。1674TSGF结果:发现总阳性检出率为‰,男TSGF3.5女之间和各年龄段均无显著性差别(P>),正常参考值为0.0552.31±(≥为阳性)。5.1362U/ml结论:适用于群体肿TSGF瘤的筛检。

【Abstract】 Objective: To find the normal reference value of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in healthy population in Chongqing area. Methods: A rapid colorimetric method was used to evaluate the plasma value of ( TSGF) in 1674 persons working in Chongqing area during a routine physical examination. Results: The reference value of TSGF in these persons was found to be 52.31±≥5.13U/ml. Values62 U/ml was regarded as positive.There was no significant difference between the male and female persons,and no difference between the different ‰age groups either.The positive rate was found to be 3.5 in these persons. Conclusion: Colorimetric determination of TSGF was found to be a simple, rapid method for mass screening of tumors.
