【摘要】 经济全球化与国家主权原则既存在互动相关性 ,又存在异质性与同质性。在经济全球化时代 ,虽然国家主权原则受到侵蚀和干预的现象在国际关系实践方面随处可见 ,但国际政治发展与世界经济演进的不完全同步 ,决定了国家主权原则依然具有不可超越性。国家主权原则是各国走向世界的基本立足点 ,是处理对外关系的根本原则 ,但国家主权原则的内涵也应该随着国家利益的变化而变化 ,随着国家地位和实力的发展而发展。国家主权观念的创新不等于被动的“主权让渡” ,维护国家主权必须服务于国家的发展和综合国力的增强 ,这才是国家利益的最高体现更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a reciprocal relation between the economic globalization and the principle of state sovereignty. The relation between them is also both heterogeneous and homogeneous at the same time. Although the principle of state sovereignty has always been violated or interfered in the practice of international relation, the non-synchronous nature for the development of international politics and world economy has determined that the principle of state sovereignty still does not permitted to be overstepped. This principle is the primary foundation for every country to enter into the international community, and a fundamental principle for coping with all the foreign relations. On the contrary, the meaning of this principle should change with the change of a state’s interests, and develop with the development of a state’s status and power. The innovation of the sovereignty concept does not mean a passive transference of a state’s sovereignty. To maintain a state’s sovereignty must serve the development of the state and the strengthening of the comprehensive power for a country. This might be taken as the most typical embodiment of state interests.更多还原
