【摘要】 用不同浓度NaCl对枸杞种子、枸杞苗、成年枸杞进行盐胁迫处理 ,形成不同处理枸杞生长状况、形态特征明显差异。通过分析测试研究了盐胁迫下枸杞光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2 浓度、叶绿素荧光、叶绿素含量变化规律及不同生育期耐盐性能 ,提出枸杞种子萌发期、苗期、成年结果期的耐盐性指标更多还原

【Abstract】 The seeds ?seedlings and mature of Lycium barbarum were treated with different NaCl salinity. Lycium barbarum growth and morphologic characters exhibited remarkable differences compared with different treatment. The change of photosynthetic rate ?stomatal conductance?intercellular CO2 concentration?chlorophyll fluorescence parameters?chlorophyll contents and saline tolerance in different growth stage of Lycium barbarum were studied by testing. Meanwhile the indexes of salinity tolerance were discussed about seed germination stage ?seedling stage and mature stage of Lycium barbarum.更多还原
