【Abstract】 Land tenure is very important for nature reserves. Restricted by historical and other factors, many wetland reserves have no land tenure, which brings a lot of problems. The paper firstly describes the history of land tenure and the results which the reserves having no land tenure will bring; secondly, it gives an example to show how other countries solve the problem of land tenure; and finally, it puts forward a suggestion on how to solve the problem in China.更多还原
