【摘要】 目的　探讨芦荟泡制酒对小鼠血中铁、锌、铜含量的影响 ,为研究芦荟的药理作用及开发芦荟的药物及保健功能提供科学依据 .方法　将 4 0只健康雄性小鼠随机分为对照组和高、中、低三个芦荟泡制酒剂量组 ,连续灌胃 2 1d ,断头、取血 ,用WYX 4 0 2B火焰原子吸收分光光度计测小鼠血中铁、锌、铜的含量 .结果　实验各组铁、锌、铜含量均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论　芦荟泡制酒可以增加小鼠血中铁、锌、铜等微量元素的含量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the function of three elements in blood of mice by taking wine soaked with aloe. Methods Forty male mice were divided randomly into four groups: high dosage group, middle dosage group, low dosage group and control group . Soaking the aloe in wine, and then distill the juice of aloe. After taking the juice from aloe for 21 days, the head of the mice were cut off so that we can get enough blood. The content of iron, copper and zinc in blood of mice were measured with WYX 402B Flame Atom Absorption Spectrophotometer. Results The content of three elements in testing group is higher than that of control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The wine soaking with aloe can increase the content of iron, copper and zinc in blood of mice.更多还原
