【Abstract】 A new type of photoelectric flat panel display has been successfully developed,in which a photoelectron emission source replaces the field emission cathode in the conventional field emission display (FED).Since electron emission of an FED is neither stable nor uniform,the new photoelectron source considerably improves the quality of the flat panel display.更多还原
