晶体生长机理研究的新近发展

【摘要】 综述了近年来对二维成核、位错生长、法向生长和三维成核生长机理研究的重要发展,并概述界面边界层调整结构和生长基元理论模型研究的最新成果。

【Abstract】 Recent developments of the mechanism research of two-dimensional (2D) nucleation, dislocations, normal and three-dimensional (3D) nucleation of crystal growth are reviewed. The latest achievements in the adjusting mechanism of structure of interface boundary-layers and a model of growth unit theory are presented.
