硅烷偶联剂在PDP显示电极制作中的应用

【摘要】 提出用硅烷偶联剂对PDP基板玻璃进行预处理 ,降低其表面能 ,使得厚膜工艺制作的PDP上板显示电极线条宽度变窄 ,进而增加透射比 ,在一定程度上改善了PDP的发光亮度。

【Abstract】 A method of pretreatment to PDP’s plate glass (usual soda lime glass)using silane coupling agents is put forward in this paper.As a result,the surface energy of glass is decreased,which attributes to the much thinner display electrodes in the thick film print process.So,to some extent,PDP’s light luminance is improved.
