【摘要】 目的 :研究骨关节炎软骨中Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型胶原的分布。方法 :从正常关节软骨和骨关节炎软骨上取样本做切片。所有样本行HE、蕃红 0染色及Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化。结果 :骨关节炎软骨中Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化染色不均匀。Ⅰ型胶原染色 ,在表层和中层的部分区域有不规则着色。纤维样组织中 ,Ⅰ型胶原免疫组化呈阳性 ,Ⅱ型胶原免疫组化不着色。结论 :骨关节软骨基质中Ⅱ型胶原和蛋白聚糖的破坏增强与软骨细胞对其合成增强同时存在 ,软骨修复的过程中 ,部分软骨细胞发生去分化 ,而表达Ⅰ型胶原更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the distribution of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅱ in osteoarthritis cartilage.Mathods: Samples from two normal articular cartilage and seven osteoarthritis articular cartilage were collected.All the articular cartilages were stained with Safranin O and HE method. Extracellular deposition of collagen type Ⅰ and Ⅱ was analyzed immunohistochemically with monoclonal antibodies.Results:Immunohistochemistry revealed irregular and sometimes diminished inter territorial staining as well as enhanced pericellular deposits of collagen type Ⅱ.In some area pericellular loss of staining was also found.In superficial zone and middle zone,there were some irregular staining by collagen type Ⅰ monoclonal antibody,but no staining was found in normal cartilage.In fibro like area at the surface,the staining was markdely positive by collagen type Ⅰ,but no staining was shown by collagen type Ⅱ.Conclusion:Both synthesis and destroy of collagen type Ⅱ exist in osteoarthritis cartilage.In process of cartilage repair,the chondrocyte phenotype was modulated,and collagen type Ⅰ was expressed in cartilage.更多还原
