【摘要】 系统研究了石杉碱甲的提取工艺.系用有机酸浸提、萃取、反萃取、脱色和重结晶等化学分离技术从千层塔中提取、纯化石杉碱甲.结果表明:1pH对石杉碱甲的存在形态有很大影响;2一定酸度下的液液萃取除杂效果理想;3活性炭的用量及吸附条件对除杂效果影响显著;4低温下氯仿的重结晶可得到纯度大于99%的高纯度石杉碱甲.更多还原

【Abstract】 Technique of isolation and purification of Huperzine A from Huperzia serrata (Thunb) Trev. was studied in this paper. To get rid of some pigments and other impurities, some of chemical techniques for separation such as extraction with organic acid, absorption with charcol and recrystallization with chloroform were employed. The results suggested that: ① pH value seriously influenced Huperzine A in solution; ② There are ideal procedures with extraction under the certain environment of pH value; ③ Charcol plays an important role in the process; ④ The measurement of recrystallization had crucial role in promoting the purity of Huperzine A.更多还原
