【Abstract】 The development of SME run by private citizens is a main increasing point to the rapid economic growth in Haining, Zhejiang Province. A series of policies and measures formulated for the development of SME are in the forefront throughout the country. However,further development of SME has long been troubled by the problem of financing. It could only be solved under the macro-adjustment and control by government; meanwhile, good effects could only be brought about through joint efforts from different quarters.更多还原
