【Abstract】 The rotary inertia is calcuated through the diagram of r～t -1 with the data measured in the experiment of rotation of rigid subject,in which moment frictional force is conventionally neglected.This paper deals with the problems such as whether there is any influence on the above calcultaion when the moment is considered and why,what sort of the error is due to the consideration of the moment,and what the order of magnitude of the moment is,and so on.更多还原
