【摘要】 目的　验证帕罗西汀治疗社交焦虑症的有效性及安全性。方法　用可变剂量帕罗西汀治疗社交焦虑症患者 96例 ,剂量范围为 10～ 5 0mg/d ,疗程共 8周 ;以Liebowitz社交焦虑量表(LSAS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表 (CGI)评定疗效 ,以 5 羟色胺再摄取抑制剂副反应量表评价药物不良反应。结果　 96例中 94例完成 8周疗程 ,脱落 2例 (纳入统计 )。治疗结束时 ,显效率为 85 % (82 / 96 ) ,临床痊愈 5 6例 (5 8% ) ,显著好转 2 6例 (2 7% ) ,好转 7例 (7% ) ,无效 7例(7% )。帕罗西汀不良反应轻微 ,较多见的为食欲下降、恶心、口干、头晕、乏力等。结论　帕罗西汀治疗社交焦虑症有效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of paroxetine in the treatment of social anxiety disorder patients Methods Ninety six patients met with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder, 4th edition (DSM Ⅳ) diagnostic criteria for social anxiety disorder were entered in the study The dosage of paroxetine ranged from 10 to 50 mg/d The Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS), Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI) were used for assessment of therapeutic efficacy and SSRI′s Side effect Scale (SSS) for side effects Results Ninety four cases completed the 8 week treatment while 2 cases dropped out At the end of the study, 85% (82/96) of the patients improved significantly, with 58% (56/96) as clinical recovery and 27% (26/96) as marked improvement The common side effects of paroxetine were anorexia, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness and drowsiness Conclusion The study indicates that paroxetine is effective and well tolerated in the treatment of social anxiety disorder更多还原
