【摘要】 目的 :评价青光眼患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法 :采用视功能损害患者生存质量量表 ,对 1 4 1例青光眼患者的生活质量进行评价。结果 :青光眼患者的生活质量得分普遍下降 ,尤以年龄的增加、教育水平的降低、不良遵医行为以及无固定经济来源者较为突出 (P <0 .0 5) ;不同程度的视力损害严重影响着患者的生活质量得分 (P <0 .0 5) ;多因素逐步直线回归显示 :生活质量的得分与视力、经济收入、年龄、遵医行为有关 (P <0 .0 5) ;在生活质量评估的 4个方面中 ,精神心理方面的得分低于其他 3方面的得分。结论 :在保护青光眼患者视功能的同时 ,要重视社会、心理等因素 ,给予必要的健康教育和心理治疗 ,以提高其生活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of life and influence factors in glaucoma patients, and to assess the impact of diseases on patient’s life. Methods: Quality of Life Questionnaire with visual impairment was used in 141 glaucomatous patients. Results: The level of life quality of glaucoma patients was generally poor. The chief influnece factors of quality of life were age, education level , individual income and behavior of drug compliance. The visual status was the significant factor to the quality of life ( P <0.05). The quality of life and its four domains were significantly correlated with visual function, individual income, age, the forms of behavior of drug compliance ( P <0.05). Among the four domains, psychological dimension score was lower than others. Conclusion: It is necessary to take some intervention such as psychosocial therapy and health education to improve the patient’s quality of life as well as treatment.更多还原
