【摘要】 目的　探讨高压氧 (HBO)联合奥美拉唑对十二指肠溃疡 (DU)的治疗作用。方法　选择门诊十二指肠溃疡患者 6 0例给予 HBO加奥美拉唑治疗 (HBO组 ) ,另选择同类患者 30例仅给予奥美拉唑治疗 (对照组 ) ,比较治疗前和治疗 2周后溃疡情况及幽门螺杆菌检出率。结果　治疗 2周后 ,两组患者溃疡的长径、短径和深度均较治疗前有显著减小 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,HBO组溃疡的长径、短径和深度的减少较对照组显著 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;两组幽门螺杆菌的阳性率治疗后显著低于治疗前 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,治疗后 HBO组幽门螺杆菌的阳性率显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　 HBO联合奥美拉唑对十二指肠溃疡有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) combined with Omeprazole in treating duodenal ulcer(DU). Methods 60 patients with DU were treated with HBO combined with Omeprazole(HBO group) and other 30 patients with DU were only treated with Omeprazole(control group). The results of treatment were compared in the two groups after two weeks. Results The long diameter, short diameter and the depth of the DU were significantly shortened in both groups after treatments( P <0 001). The length decreases in long diameter, short diameter and depth of DU in the HBO group were significantly bigger than those in the control group respectively after treatments( P <0 001). The positive rates of Helicobacter pylori(HP) in both groups significantly ( P <0 001) after treatments. The positive rate of HP in the HBO group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatments( P <0 001). Conclusions The therapy of HBO combined with Omeprazole has a good effect in treating DU.更多还原
