【摘要】 目的 :研究青钱柳叶中的化学成分。方法 :溶剂萃取及各种色谱技术分离纯化 ,理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果 :分离得到 6个单体化合物 ,为山柰酚 (Ⅰ )、槲皮素 (Ⅱ )、异槲皮苷 (Ⅲ )、逆没食子酸 (Ⅳ )、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ )和青钱柳酸B(Ⅵ )。结论 :化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ和Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the chemical components of the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus.Method:The chemical components were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the basis of physic-chemical constant and spectral data.Result:Six compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol(Ⅰ), quercetin(Ⅱ), isoquercitrin(Ⅲ), ellagic acid(Ⅳ), daucosterol(Ⅴ) and cyclocaric acid B(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were obtained for the first time from this plant.更多还原
