【摘要】 目的　探讨前列腺增生性病变术前细针穿刺涂片增殖细胞核抗原定量分析的可行性及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化染色对 48例前列腺增生性病变穿刺细胞涂片PCNA表达进行定量分析。结果　 48例涂片均提供足够的样品细胞。术后病理诊断为良性病变 2 0例 ,恶性病变 2 8例。前列腺癌的PCNA阳性细胞数约为前列腺增生症的 6倍 ,并与组织学分级和临床分期密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　前列腺增生性病变术前细针穿刺涂片的PCNA的测定 ,对于前列腺癌的诊断 ,临床分期及预后均有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the feasiblity and clinical significance of PCNA quantitative analysis on preoperative fine-needle aspiration smears of prostatic hypertrophy disease.MethodsPCNA quantitative analysis was performed on 48 cases aspiration cell smears in prostate hypertrophy disease with immunohistochemical staining.ResultsOf 48 cases,20 were benign,28 cases were malignant .The PCNA positive cells in prostate carcinoma were about 6 times as many as prostatic hypertrophy disease.The number of PCNA positive cells was signifcantly related to the pathologic grade and clincial stage (P<0.01).ConclusionThe index of PCNA on preoperative fine-needle aspiration smears of prostatic hypertrophy disease plays a key role in diagnosing,staging prostatic carcinoma and its prognosis.更多还原
