【摘要】 目的　从肿瘤与机体的关系入手 ,研究肿瘤存在的条件、方式等 ,提出新的肿瘤发生机理。方法　采用横向、综合的研究方法 ,即不同角度提取各学科对肿瘤的研究成果、肿瘤诊疗过程中出现的各种现象进行综合分析。结果　通过研究提示肿瘤是机体在某种特定条件下建立起来的正常需要性调节 ,尽管肿瘤细胞是失控的 ,但机体对肿瘤的控制并未失控 ,而是机体希望通过这种看似失控的增殖来完成或替代某种功能 ,而肿瘤生长不良又加剧了机体对肿瘤的需要性调节。即机体存在这种“有害”性调节。结论　一是肿瘤是人体在特定的情况下的正常调节 ;二是长期过度生长使肿瘤约束机制逐渐丧失 (机体相对控制范围逐步扩大 ) ,导致肿瘤反过来有害机体更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between the tumor and human organism,and to put forward a new idea about mechanism of tumor.Methods Various causes found in the course of tumor therapy and diagnosis were comprehensively analyzed.Results Our research indicated that the tumor was a normal required regulation in human body under some special kind condition.Though the cell of tumor was out of control,the tumor in the human body was still in control.One the contrary,some function were completed and replaced by proliferations which seemed to be out of control.The unhealthy growth of tumor could increase the required regulation which was "harmful"to the body.Conclusion First,the tumor is a kind of normal regulation in human body under some special condition.Second,long term over growth of tumor will make the body lose the suppressive mechanism to the tumor which results in a damage to the body in return.更多还原
