【摘要】 方法：采用２×２析因设计，分别观　察不同时间针刺对实验动物月经周期前半期外周血　ＦＳＨ，ＬＨ，Ｅ２，Ｔ　分泌水平的影响。　结果：（１）早晨组、晚上组、早晚组各激素分泌均出现明显抑制，空白组　及非穴组则呈现大致正常的分泌状态。（２）各时间针刺组的各种激素分泌峰的上升速度及峰　值增值变化与空白组相比，差异均有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）；非穴组与空白组　相比则不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。（３）不同时间针刺组组间比较，对　ＦＳＨ，Ｔ　分泌峰的上升　速度及峰值增值变化的影响由强到弱依次为早晨组、早晚组、晚上组；对　ＬＨ　分泌峰的上升　速度及峰值增值变化的影响由强到弱依次为早晨组、晚上组、早晚组；对　Ｅ２分泌峰的上　升速度及峰值增值变化的影响由强到弱依次为晚上组、早晚组、早晨组。（４）针刺１天１次与１　天２次比较，其作用差异无显著意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Methods 2×2 factorial design was used and 11 female rhesuses were randomly divided into blank group,non-acupoint group, m orning group, night group and morning-night group, and effects of acupuncture a t different times on levels of peripheral blood FSH, LH, E2 and T levels in fi rst half stage of menstrual cycle in the experimental animal were observed respe ctively. Results (1)Secretion of the above mentioned horm ones was inhibited significantly in the morning group, the night group and the m orning-night group, and was roughly normal in the blank group and the non-acup oint group; (2)There were significant differences in the raising velocity of the secreting peak of the various hormones and the peak increase values of the vari ous hormones as the acupuncture groups compared with the blank group(P<0.0 1), but with no significant difference as compared with the non-acupoint group and the blank group(P>0.05); (3)Effects of acupuncture at different times o n the raising velocity of FSH and T secreting peak and increase of peak value we re the morning group, the morning-night group, the night group from strong to w eak in order, but for LH secreting peak was the morning group, the night group, the morning-night group; for E2 was the night group, the morning-night group and the morning group; (4)There was no significant difference in the effects be tween acupuncture once daily and twice daily.更多还原
