【摘要】 目的 :探讨ProMMP - 2和MMP - 2在大鼠脑梗塞模型中的表达。方法 :以线栓法制备大鼠脑梗塞模型并用酶谱法检测病灶中ProMMP - 2和MMP - 2。结果 :聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳显示ProMMP - 2进行性增高 ,MMP - 2于 2天后开始升高并于第 5天达到高峰 ,第 7天呈下降趋势。结论 :ProMMP - 2和MMP - 2在脑梗塞中表达增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of Pro MMP-2 and MMP-2 in the model of rat cerebral infarction. Methods: Making model of rat cerebral infarction by using method of thread\|embolism and detecting Pro MMP-2 and MMP-2 in ischemic area by using method of zymogram. Results:Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed Pro MMP-2 was increasing progressively with time,MMP-2 elevated after two days and reached the peak time at the fifth day,and began to reduce at the seventh day. Conclusions: The expression of Pro MMP-2 and MMP-2 was increased in the model of rat cerebral infarction.更多还原
