离心铸造合金白口铸铁轧辊的开发

【摘要】 轧辊是线材生产中的关键工具 ,除了要有良好的抗断裂性能外 ,表面还应具有良好的耐磨、耐热性能。应用离心铸造方法 ,以Cr、Mo、W、V、Nb为主要合金元素 ,研制成功了CrMoWVNb白口铸铁轧辊。分析了白口铸铁轧辊生产中易出现裂纹的原因 ,提出了消除裂纹的措施。应用于高速线材轧机预精轧机架 ,使用寿命达到高镍铬无限冷硬铸铁轧辊的4~5倍

【Abstract】 Roll is a key tool in the production of hot rolling wire rod,except having good fracture resistance,its surface must have good wear and heat resistance,because the quality of roll not only has something to do with product cost,but also determines product quality and working rate of rolling mill.CrMoWVNb white cast iron roll has been successfully produced using centrifugal casting technique,its main alloying elements are Cr,Mo,W,V and Nb,.In the production of CrMoWVNb white cast iron roll,the crackle is easy to come out,its causes are analyzed and the countermeasures eliminating crackle are put forward.Using in the pre-finishing stands of high speed lined rod mills,the developed rolls have the service life 4~5 times as long as the conventional indefinite chilled roll of high Ni-Cr cast iron.
