现代竞技健美操比赛男子单人项目难度编排特点研究

【摘要】 采用文献资料调研、观察记录、数理统计等科研方法 ,对 1997～ 1998年世界健美操锦标赛男子单人项目前 8名运动员成套动作的难度编排进行了数理统计和量化分析 ,揭示并探讨了不同价值难度动作的排序规律以及具有静力性特征的动作和具有动力性特征的动作 (文中称为S.F类动作和 D.F类动作 )的选择与搭配特点 ,对现代竞技健美操的难度编排特点进行了分析 ,并提出建议

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentation, observation and statistics, this paper analyzes the difficult degree in arrangement of motions in the top 8 men’s singles in 1997~1998 world aerobics championship, reveals the sequencing law of motions of different value of difficulty. The choice and arrangement characteristics of static strengthened motion and dynamic strengthened motion are put forwarded.
