碳纤维增强尼龙复合材料的摩擦性能研究
Tribological Property of Carbon Fiber-Reinforced Nylon Composite
【摘要】 根据碱催化阴离子聚合原理 ,制备了连续长碳纤维增强单体浇铸尼龙复合材料 (简称CL/PA)。在MM -2 0 0型磨损试验机上考察了碳纤维含量和试验条件对其摩擦性能的影响 ,并利用扫描电子显微镜对其摩擦性能和磨损机制进行了考察。分析结果表明 :碳纤维的体积分数在 35 %左右时增强效果最好 ,CL/PA复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率随着载荷的增加而减小。其磨损机制主要表现为粘着磨损和碳纤维的破碎和磨平的特征
【Abstract】 Continuous carbon fiber-reinforced monomer casting nylon (C L/PA) composites have been prepared by anionic polymerization of caprolactam.It was observed with the MM-200 wear trial machine that carbon fiber content and trial conditions affected the tribological properties and wear mechanism with scan electron microscope.The results indicate that the effect of C L/PA is better when carbon fiber volume fraction is about 35%.Its wear mechanism exhibited mainly adhesive wear and carbon fiber fragmentation and rubdown.
