黄瓜低温发芽能力遗传分析

【摘要】 以 6份保护地黄瓜自交系为试材 ,采用完全双列杂交方式 (不含反交 ) ,研究了黄瓜低温下相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数、相对胚根长度的遗传规律。结果表明 ,控制黄瓜低温下相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对胚根长度这些性状的遗传符合加性 -显性模型 ,以显性效应为主 ,各性状的广义遗传力分别为 98.1%、96 .9%、98.6 % ,狭义遗传力分别为 2 4 .0 %、2 8.6 %和 37.9% ,控制各性状的显性基因可能为寡基因或寡基因组。而低温下相对发芽率的遗传不符合加性 -显性模型 ,控制该性状显性基因的组数可能有 2个 ,并存在上位作用

【Abstract】 Six cucumber inbred lines for protected cultivation were used as materials in the experiment. By using complete diallel crossing (without reciprocal crossing), the genetic analysis of Relative Germinating Viability (RGV), Relative Germinating Percentages (RGP),Relative Germinating Index (RGI) and Relative Germinating Length of Radicel (RGLR) in low temperature were conducted. The results showed that the inheritances of RGV,RGI and RGLR in low temperature fit additive dominant model,and the dominant effect played a major role. The heritability in the broad sense of them were 98.1%,96.9% and 98.6%,while in the narrow sense of them were 24.0%,28.6% and 37.9% respectively. The genes controlling these characters might be oligogene or oligogenome. However,the inheritance of the RGV did not follow additive dominant model,which might be controlled by two dominant genomes,and the epistatic effect was also present.
