酶法提取牛皮胶原蛋白的研究

【摘要】 以牛皮制革废弃物—碱皮边角为原料 ,用木瓜蛋白酶水解提取胶原蛋白 ,对影响酶水解过程的各个因素进行了试验 ,找出了较好的水解条件 ;分析了水解液蛋白质浓度、氨基酸浓度等。

【Abstract】 The process of preparing collagen hydrolysate liquor by papainase using the limed hide offal of cattle hide as raw materials was presented. The optimum hydrolysis conditions were determined and the protein and amino acid concentration were analyzed.
