【摘要】 目的 :探讨后腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中的应用。方法 :对 39例泌尿外科患者施行后腹腔镜手术。其中肾囊肿去顶术 2 9例、肾上腺肿瘤切除术 7例、肾切除术 2例、肾盂造瘘术 1例。均经后腹腔途径。结果 :39例成功。手术时间 1.0～ 4.0h ,平均 2 .0h。术中及术后均未输血 ,无明显并发症。住院时间 5～ 10d ,平均 7.8d。结论 :后腹腔镜手术具有微创、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优势 ,在泌尿外科具有很好的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in urology.Methods:39 urologic patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.A total of 29 cases renal cyst excision, 7 cases adrenal tumor excision, 2 cases nephrectomy, 1 case pelviostomy. All cases underwent postperitoneal approach.Results:All the operations were successful in 39 cases of patients.The operation time was 1.0～4.0h with a mean of 2.0h.All patients did not receive blood transfusion and had no complication. The postoperative hospital stay was 5～10days with a mean of 7.8 days. Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery has advantages of minimal invasive, postoperative early resumption and shorter hospital stay, which has a good applied future in the urologic clinical practice.更多还原
