【摘要】 目的了解胰腺癌患者术前的营养状况。方法对21例胰腺癌患者术前进行人体测量、实验室检查、膳食调查和营养评价。结果营养评价结果显示,有相当比例患者存在不同程度营养不良,摄入的总热量和各营养素亦存在着明显不足和不合理现象。结论术前应及时了解患者的营养状况;根据膳食调查结果合理调整患者饮食。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the preoperative nutritional status of the patients with pancreas cancer.Methods The body assay,laboratory examination,diet investigation and nutrition status evaluation were conducted preoperatively in21pancreas cancer patients.Results It was indicated that many patients had malnutrition in different extents.Distinct difficiency and unreasonable phenomena were found in the intake of total calorie and the kinds of nutrients.Conclusions The preoperative nutrition should be detected in time .The diet should be reasonably modulated according to the diet investigation at the same time .更多还原
