【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the collected data after establishing a talent bank for the young leading scientists in China, the paper shows the role of the National Natural Science Fund for the development of these young leading scientists. It also points out what elements impact their development and what problems they are facing in their scientific research. Some suggestions are given for policy-makers in the end of the paper.更多还原
