Babcock双调风旋流煤粉燃烧器在1650t/h锅炉低NO_X燃烧试验研究
Testing and study of Babcock double adjustable air-whirl pulverized coal burners in low NO_X combustion of 1650t/h boiler
【摘要】 为实现低NOX燃烧,在配置Babcock双调风煤粉旋流燃烧器的1650t/h锅炉进行了NOX生成与排放控制燃烧试验。针对试验情况,分析燃烧中影响NOX生成浓度的主要因素。试验结果表明:这种燃烧器通过合理调整内、外二次风挡板开度,可实现低NOX燃烧。
【Abstract】 The combustion testings of NOx generation and discharge control were carried out on the l650t/h boiler equipped with Babcock whirl pulverized coal burners with double adjustable secondary air in an attempt to realize low NOx combustion.In light of the testing conditions,the main factors influencing the NOx generation concentration in combustion were analyzed.The testing results showed that this burners,through adjusting the baffle openings of inner and outer secondary air,could achieve low Nox combustion.
