大转矩行波型超声波电机的研制
RESEARCH ON LARGE TORQUE TRAVELLING WAVE ULTRASONIC MOTOR
【摘要】 为增加行波型超声波电机的转矩,该文提出了一种独特的G型支撑结构,并用有限元法研究了它对横向振幅和定转子间接触面积的影响。此外,还用三维有限元法计算了振幅和输出功率与定子齿高的关系,对摩擦材料的选用及转子结构的设计也进行了一定的考虑。为使电机的转矩进一步增大,还制作了一个双振子电机。实验结果表明电机的转矩性能确实可以得到明显改善。
【Abstract】 To increase the torque of a travelling wave type ultrasonic motor (USM), a special G-shaped support structure is proposed and studied. Its effect on the transverse amplitude and the contact area of the stator and rotor has been studied by FEM. Meanwhile, the relations of transverse amplitude and output power to the tooth-height are investigated by three-dimensional analysis as well. In addition, to enhance the motor torque further, a twin-vibrator structure is adopted. Experimental results indicate that some significant improvement in the torque performance characteristic can be achieved.
