【摘要】 目的 分析中国耳鼻咽喉颅底外科专业杂志论著中临床试验设计方法的应用现况及存在的不足。方法 应用统计学观点分析了2000~2001年发表在该杂志上、以临床医学研究为主的论著101篇。结果 论著中试验设计方法以横断面观察性研究较多(96/101),预后研究或跟踪观察研究较少(8/101)。常见问题是设置对照组不当,或未设置对照;样本例数不足;定量指标偏少。结论 论文中试验设计方法正确使用率较高;部分文章无论在统计学设计、结果的解释和判断等方面都达到了较高水平,但也存在选用对照不当和未设对照的现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve To analyze the existing situations and shortcomings of design for clinical trials published in a Chinese Otolaryngological Journal. Methods Comprehensive analysis was done on 101 articles focused on clinical researches published in an Otolaryngological Journal from 2000 - 2001. Results Most of the designs for clinical trials were cross -sectional design(96/101). Only 8 were related to prognosis and follow-up. The most frequently appeared problems were without control group, inappropriate control group, inadequate sample size or lack of qualitative indexes. Conclusion The correct rate of design for clinical trials was relatively high in those articles. Although areas focus on statistical methods and explanations of results were at a relatively high level, there were still some shortcomings related to inappropriate control group or no control group.更多还原
