PLC应用开发中的串口通信和模拟量处理

【摘要】 各个厂家的PLC都有基本统一的逻辑控制指令系统,却没有统一的模拟量处理指令和统一的通信协议。通过AB公司SLC500系列PLC在热电厂皮带输送中的应用实例,介绍了一种模拟量处理和串口通信的实现方法。

【Abstract】 PLC is suitable to logical control an d the application in trap transporta tion system is wide.Almost all of PLC from different producers has an unan imous instruction system of logic control,yet there is none of analog data handling or communication protocol.In this thesis a method of handling a nalog input data and serial communic ation is discussed in a successful applica tion of SLC 500produced by Allen -Bra dley.
