【摘要】 目的　分析大骨节病患者半月板损伤的原因 ,为预防和治疗提供理论依据。方法　膝关节镜下对31例大骨节病患者半月板及关节软骨的形态进行观察。结果　 31例患者 6 2侧半月板中 ,7例 14侧半月板光滑完好 ,2 4例患者的 13侧半月板毛糙 ,在损伤的 2 0侧半月板中 ,1侧为盘状软骨撕裂 ,另 19侧半月板形态似毛刺样。结论　大骨节病患者半月板损伤与大骨节病本身无关 ,与膝关节活动时裸露骨对半月板的机械性摩擦有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyzie the cause of meniscal lesion of patients suffering from kashin Beck Disease,so as to offer theriotical basis for treatment and prevention to the disease.Methods to observe the figure of meniscus and articular cartilage of patients suffering from Kashi Beck disease (n=31) by arthroscope.Results Patients all suffered from destruction of articular cartilage and denuding of bone in the 24 patients with abnormal meniscus,there are 13 sides coarse meniscus,20 sides meniscal lesion,1 side split of discordal cartilage and 19 sides meniscus with brush looking trauma.Conclusions The meniscal lesion of patients suffering from Kashin Beck has norelation to Kashin Beck disease itself,but has relation to mechanical rubbing of denubing bone to meniscus when knee in motion.更多还原
