杆状弯曲行波超声电机定子和转子的优化设计
Optimal Design of the Rotor and Stator of a Miniature Bar-Type Ultrasonic Motor
【摘要】 采用有限元模态分析和谐响应分析方法 ,分析了杆状弯曲行波型超声电机定子上开槽尺寸与其一阶弯曲固有频率的关系以及开槽尺寸与定子上与转子接触部位振幅的关系。对电机转子的两种设计方案进行运动分析和有限元接触分析 ,并得出两者结论是一致的
【Abstract】 A bar type miniature ultrasonic motor based on free free bending vibration mode with improved construction is developed.By using finite element method,the relationship between the natural freguency for the first bending mode of its stator and the breadth or depth of a slot in the stator is derived,and the relationship of the sige of the slot to the vibration amplitudes at the contact between its rotor and stator is also analyzed.On the analysis of radial motion at the contact between the rotor and stator,it gave the following results:a cylindrical rotor with a slot at its inner susface is an effective way to prevent the radial slide between the rotor and stator.
