基于DSP和PWM技术的电磁悬浮隔振系统
Electromagnetic Suspension Vibration Isolation System Based on DSP and PWM Techniques
【摘要】 考虑到电磁悬浮隔振系统中执行器的动态响应慢和非线性的特点 ,从随动系统的角度 ,提出了一种采用位移、速度和作用力反馈的多回路控制策略。理论分析表明 ,采用作用力闭环可以改善执行器的动态响应 ,而利用局部状态观测器可以处理执行器的非线性特性。最后 ,给出了一种基于数字信号处理器和脉宽调制技术的实现方案。
【Abstract】 Concerning about the nonlinearity and slow dynamic response behaviors of the actuator used in an electromagnet and permanent magnet hybrid suspension vibration isolation system,this paper,from a tracking system point of view,presents a multiloop control strategy with displacement,velocity and force feedback.Theoretical analysis indicates that the force feedback improves the dynamic response character of the actuator,and a local state observer can solve the nonlinearity.The presented control strategy is implemented with a digital signal processor and pulse width modulation techniques.
