【摘要】 往复发动机的故障诊断是较困难的 ,然而是热点的研究问题之一。本文主要针对活塞销与衬套磨损故障进行了振动测试研究。在EQ610 0发动机预先模拟活塞销与衬套磨损故障 ,然后测取了在不同的转速、活塞销与衬套间隙、测点时的故障信号 ,并用时域和频域分析法进行了分析。提取了诊断该故障的特征参数并给出了识别的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Breakdown diagnosis of reciprocating machinery is a very popular and difficult problem.Some test results to deal with this problem are presented in the paper.The breakdown due to wear,whick is previously simulated on piston pin_bearing of EQ6100 model gasoline engine,is diagnosed by means of vibration diagnostic mechanism.Faulty signals with different speeds,clearances and test spots are collected and spectral analysis is carried out.Furthermore,the feature parameters are extracted and identification methods of breakdown are then proposed.更多还原
