川中低渗低压砂岩油气层压裂技术探讨

【摘要】 川中油气层由于采用衰竭式开采方法 ,大部分油井目前的地层压力不足原始地层压力的一半 ,导致地层微裂缝系统的闭合 ,造成油层平均渗透率下降。另外 ,微裂缝系统促使压裂液滤失 ,造成砂堵 ,地层嵌入度大 ,填砂裂缝宽度不足 ,都极大影响压裂效果。建议采取前置液中加入暂堵剂屏蔽 ,压裂液中加入发泡助排剂 ,研究新型的破胶剂和压裂材料等 4条措施。

【Abstract】 For adopting natural depletion in central Sichuan gas field,the formation pressure of most oil well is only half of primary formation pressure at present.It results in the closure of microfracture system and makes oil reservoir permeability decrease.In addition,microfracture system brings fracturing fluid filtrateloss,and forms sand plug.The width of sandpack fracture is insufficient.All these will affect postfracture response.On the basis of the features of central Sichuan oil/gas filed,this paper introduces 4 measures to improve the postfracuture response,such as adding temporary plugging agent into preflush,adding blowing cleanup additive into fracturing fluid,studying new gel breaker and fracturing material etc..
