摩托车车用仪表综合测试台的研制
The Research on the Synthetic Testing Flat Used in Motorcycle Instrument
【摘要】 介绍了一种应用于摩托车电子仪表生产过程中的多功能检测台设计方法。简述了其工作原理 ,并对模拟真实行车环境下的各种电路原理作了说明。本测试台以单片机AT89C5 1为控制核心 ,充分利用其软、硬件资源 ,对各电子仪表的电参数指标进行有效的测试。给出了硬件电路原理图和软件实现方案
【Abstract】 The design method of the Multi function Testing Flat used in producing Process of the electronic motorcycle instrument is introduced. Its working principles are briefly explained. All sorts of circuit prmciples under the simulating environments of driving are also illustrated. Taking the single chip computer AT89C51 as the controlling center and making full use of the resources of software and hardware,this testing flat has demonstrated the electric parameters of some instruments. The circuit chart of hardware and the scheme of software are provided here.
