【摘要】 太平军与湘军在兴起之初 ,都曾发布过表明自己政治主张和动员口号的檄文 ,力图抨击对方致命的失误之处 ,以夺取政治舆论上的优势地位。檄文也显露出各自据有的政治优势和难以克服的缺陷 ,但湘军终因在政治动员口号和策略上略胜一筹而逐渐获得优势 ,太平天国由于口号上的失误而逐步陷于困境更多还原

【Abstract】 At the beginning of their growth,both the Taping Troops and the Hunan Troops had issued appealing articles on their political views and mobilization slogans the Taiping Troops representative instructive article being simply called.The Article on Punitive Expedition Against Non-Han Nationalities Under Instructions;the Hunan Troops bfing called The Article on Prnitive Expedition Against Guangdong Bandits.Both their individual political stand and vieas in an attempt to attack on the opponent’s disadvantages and faults in order to seixe the superior position(2) of political mobilixation and public opinions.Moanwhile,thearticles displayed their mdividual political advantages and unavoidable defects.That is,in the end the Hunan Troops gradually obtained abvantages bacause of its superior political mobilization slogans and policies while the Taiping Troops gradually fell into difficult position due to its fault in slogans.Reaedrs can get a glimpse of the growth and the decline of the power of the Taiping Troops and the Hunan Troops from suxxess and failure of slogans expressed in their articles.更多还原
