【Abstract】 Swing the leg plays a very important role in High Jump,especially when using back style This paper makes a careful analysis of the ways and skius to swing the leg in Fosbury Flop and accordingly advances that in teaching High Jump and its training much importance should be attached to the practice of swinging the leg.Some training ways and metods are also provided in this paper for reference.更多还原
