【摘要】 目的探讨Z-支架、Ultraflex-支架在食管、胃部的应用。方法Z-支架12个;Ultraflex-支架24个。在电视透视下定位,采取先球囊扩张,后支架置入,再球囊扩张的方法。结果支架置入的成功率:34/35(97%),位置移动:0,再狭窄率:1/35(2.86%),术后少量出血:100%,胸痛、胸闷不适:9/35(25.7%),胃食管返流:100%,支架边缘小溃疡形成占Z-支架的1/11(9.09%),术后吞咽等级:2级:3例,3级:32例。结论Z-支架支撑性好,但口部锐利;ultraflex口部柔软,但支撑性略差。合理应用会降低并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It’ s a study of Z -stent and Ultraflex ste nt placement as the management of eso pha-gogastric disorders.Method The stents were implanted under fluoroscopic guidance after the target l esion was con-firmed and dilated by the balloon catheter,and then a post -stent dilatio n was performed with a balloon catheter.Result Technical success was obtained in 34cases(97%)out of 35.Restenosis was found in one case(2.86%).No dislodgement was encountered.Mild post -procedure bleeding occurred in every case.Thoracic malaise ossurred in 9cases(25.7%)out of 35.Esophagogastric regurgitation was found in all cases under end oscope.In Z -stent group a small peri -stent ulcer was fo und in 1case(9.09%)out of 11.Post -procedure swallowin g function was gradedⅡin 3cases andⅢin 32cases.Conclusion We found sharp tip and stronger supporting of Z -stent,while Ultraflex stent presents weaker supporting but softer tip.The treatmen t of esophagogastric disorders shou ld be designed with the proper application of those two stents.更多还原
